Robot palletizer various gripper introduction


Robot palletizer can save a lot of human labor, helping people to realize many types of packing solutions. How does the robot to pick up many kinds of different articles? In the production, the robot will be equipped with different gripper to handle different articles.
The following is a brief introduction about robot grippers.


Bar-type gripper head
·         Picks up layers of pre-grouped new glass containers and positions them on the pallet
·         Inserts layer pads, trays and inverted trays via integrated suction grippers



Shutter head
·         Sets the pack without pressurewn on the pallet
·         It is especially suitable for sensitivepacks




Clamping gripper head
·         Gripping of complete layers with returnable packs from all four sides
·         Processes also full crates with optional hook system


Vacuum gripper head for cartons
·         Palletises cartons using suction cups
·         Picks up several cartons at a time depending on the layer pattern
·         Sets down the cartons either combined or individually in interlocked formation




Combined gripper head
·         Enables packing and palletising with just one gripper head
·         Picks up containers via packing cups from a conveyor and packs them into crates or cartons
·         Grips packs with an integral hook and composes them to the desired layer pattern


Gripper head for sacks
·         Picks up sacks and stacks them in any formation onto pallets
·         Sacks can either be picked up by a by vacuum gripper head with large suction cup or via a mechanical gripper


Combined gripper head with clamping function and layer pad inserter
·         Picks up muliti-packs in rows and palletises them
·         Equipped with automatically adjustable clamping segments
·         With its integrated suction grippers, it also processes layer pads

·         Palletises barrels
·         Variably adjusts to different barrel sizes
